Have you never noticed that if we click like on a post or pic of someone else, the person who received the like will probably “like” you too? This kind of feedback contribute to create, renew or stop a relationship, or a conversation. If we translate this mechanism into the working environment, it is important to underline that giving and receive feedback can enhance communication and collaboration.
In conclusion, HR managers who want to implement new communication system (basically web-based, but it works also with all kind of feedback) they have to take into account the core role of feedback, in terms of relationships’ building and communication exchanges.
