University and Organizations: how close are they?

Diapositiva1It is definitely core for a company to get very close to applicants  and prospects.  Many organizations are paying job agencies in order to cutting costs related to permanent (in house) HR staff. Is there any other way to collaborate with external stakeholders?

For example, organizations can find other partner: university;  the latter can act as “job agency” to promote their students or alumni and the organizations can consult universities’ databases. In addition to the grades and the current professional experiences, we could find also professor reference letters for example.

It is clear that is needed a consistent communication exchange between organizations and universities; secondly technology and web-based platforms can facilitate the implementation of this innovation. Clearly, this service can be more useful for entry level and middle management than managers and executive (apart from MBA profiles)
