Online application? Improve the process!!

Diapositiva1One of the most important revolution for the recruiting processes has surely been the online application. The majority of organizations have a careers’ website (or a career page) and they do not accept anymore CVs sent by post. In this way, the quantity of paper is clearly reduced and the pre-screening activities by recruiters is (usually) simplified.

But for the applicants? There is still a lot to do in terms of candidate experience. One example? Online applications are time consuming. If I have to spend hours completing the application form, I will never complete it. If the website crashes will submitting my application? I will never repeat the process from the beginning!

It is still needed a great effort for candidate experience!
